    When you live in a democracy and possess “citizenship” which includes the franchise, that makes you theoretically responsible for what your government does. That explains why we have seen all these attacks on innocent people in democracies over the years.

    By contrast, Russian radicals in the 19th Century lived in an autocracy, and they appropriately tried to force political change by attacking the person of the Tsar or his officials, while leaving ordinary Russians alone. One of these attacks successfully killed Tsar Alexander II in 1881.

    I don’t advocate violence, but I submit that the Russian radicals showed clearer thinking than we’ve seen in guys like Tim McVeigh and Benton Tarrant. Why don’t we see this kind of direct action aimed at our elites in events like Bilderberg meetings or something?
