Frankly I don’t know what’s wrong with praising Confederate generals. Was Erwin Rommel not a good general? How about Yamamoto? They were on the wrong side, sure, but that doesn’t mean they were bad generals.
Remember him sucking up to the Arabs too? He’s just a customer representative for the military industrial complex and has to be servile with their clients.
